ATG Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Use and Policies

1 General Terms

ATG (officially known as atg-jit.com) is a Bangladesh-based online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ATG and its members. By using any ATG service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms are provided in Bangla so that all Bangladeshi members can understand them with ease. In the event of any conflict or dispute, the Bangla version shall be considered the definitive and final version.

• ATG's services are intended for personal and entertainment use only.
• Using the ATG platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• ATG reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register with ATG, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being suspended and the balance may be forfeited.
• During registration, you must accurately provide your mobile number, full name, and date of birth.
• ATG may request a national ID or other valid documents for account verification.
• Keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing them with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any security breach on your account, contact ATG support immediately.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

ATG is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use any of our gaming services. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an ATG account.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• If age cannot be verified during the verification process, the account will be suspended immediately.
• ATG actively works to prevent minors from accessing gaming.
• If anyone knowingly allows a minor to use their account, both accounts will be closed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

ATG currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The payment method used for deposits must be the same one used for withdrawals.
• Deposits or withdrawals made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
• ATG reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions and place a hold on them if necessary.

ATG does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond ATG's control.

5 Betting Rules

All members at ATG are required to follow certain rules across both Sports Betting and gaming — these rules apply equally to everyone.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless the cashout option is active.
• ATG's odds are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded unless another rule applies.
• ATG reserves the right to void any bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event.
• ATG is not responsible for any bets rejected due to network delays during live betting.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

ATG regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Winnings from bonus bets cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Winnings from free bets are subject to wagering requirements.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household are not eligible to claim the same bonus.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ATG may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Activities

ATG is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ATG's software, odds, or systems.
• Using bots or any automated software.
• Threatening or harassing other members or ATG staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

ATG reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations.

• If a rules violation is confirmed, the account may be closed without prior notice.
• Any valid balance will be refunded after verification is complete.
• In cases of bonus abuse, any winnings associated with that bonus may be forfeited.
• Members may also close their own account at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

ATG places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We want our members to play for enjoyment, and we're committed to ensuring gaming never becomes a problem.

• Members can set their own daily/weekly deposit limits.
• You can opt for self-exclusion or take a temporary account break for a set period.

10 Dispute Resolution

• If a technical error causes any loss, compensation will be considered subject to verification.
• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.

11 Right to Amend Terms
